Evolution Slot Porsche 914

Hi togehter to all our spanish collegues,

my name is Matthias and I hope that our scratchbuilt partners from spain can help me. As you can see on my homepage I built, re-paint and collect slotcars in 1/32nd scale from the Le Mans 1970's race. Thatfore I've been looking for a long time for the EvolutionSlot Porsche 914/6, wich was the category winner of that race. I startet several queries for that kit to many web shops in spain - always with the hint "sold out" and I never got an answer from EvolutionSlot themselves (does EvoSlot really exist )

Does anybody knows how to fetch that kit? Or does someone likes to sell his kit to me (maybe there is somebody... ). It's really ennerving to look for a body like the EvoSlot 914, because there's really no alternative to it!

Hi Matthias.

EvolutionSlot really exists, but it is a very small company.

The Porsche 914/6 has made in pre series, and reason why I not yet definitive date of launching.

I had the luck to have one of this units, and I enjoyed a lot constructing it.



This next Sunday is possible that I see the boss of this brand... I will ask him if it is possible to obtain a piece.

thanks a lot for your information (your english is quite good, really ). These are very, very good news If you can get one kit please let me know via PN. Perhaps it will be helpful to inform the Boss of EvoSlot that there are many, many scratchbuilders so incredible hot for that body, but for shure not only the Le Mans 1970 collectors! Nearly everybody wants to have that type immediately!

Your Porsche 914 seems to be a rally version, isn't it? Did the car appeared in a spanish rally classement? Very nice work, Joan, looks great! I suppose you got many offers for the model...

PS: Is the 914 a complete kit, including windows, wheels and other small parts? If not, Joan, which type of wheels did you use? Doesn't seems to be the FLY Porsche 911 Fuchs wheels?

There's another scratchbuilder waiting for the EvoSlot Porsche 914. I had the idea of building one from a Carrera Universal, but they are too expensive for me. So I decided to wait for the EvoSlot-Kit, but as Mattihas already wrote, there is no chance to get one. I hope there will be a series soon...
If you can get another piece, I would like to have it

Yes, the reproduced model is a rallycar, concretely the official team that was participated in the Montecarlo Rally in 1971.

In this article that I wrote in Slotcenter I tell you step by step the assembly of this car, using a Subaru Ninco's chassis.

The Evolutionslot's kits includes interiors and windows, but in this case ,not the chassis and the axes.

When it speaks with the manufacturer I will tell the possibilities you of having one.

For me it is ok thet there is no chassis and no wheels, I would like to scratch a chassis. But I never found time to do it...
