Hello gentlemen. I'd like to share another of my projects. This time an open top grand tourer. The Aston Martin DB5 convertible is probably the grandest tourer of them all and here is my interpretation. It is similar in build to the DB4 but I have coated the body with an automotive body filler that gives a far superior finish and is much quicker to work with. A few more photos of the DB5. More detail added, such as number plate, exhaust pipes and the tonneau. I think it's looking very nice.

More photographs of the convertible. The soft top is looking good, with the fabric looking quite realistic and also the joins where the seperate pieces are stiched together. The hardtop is another thing however, as photographs and referance material is very scarce. Fiat racing red suits the car well I think.
